Formerly served as a member of the Ear, Nose, Throat and Neck Surgery Branch of Jiangsu Medical Association, a member of the Ear, Nose, Throat and Neck Surgery Branch of Nanjing Medical Association, and a member of the Medical Accident Appraisal Expert Database of Nanjing Medical Association. Published more than 40 papers in Chinese core journals and national statistical source journals, and won multiple National Medical Achievement Awards. Significant achievements have been made in the clinical research of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, with deep expertise in the application of minimally invasive techniques in otolaryngology, low-temperature plasma minimally invasive surgery, and pediatric snoring surgery.

Specializes in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tumors in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, diagnosis and treatment of snoring, surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, throat diseases, vocal cord polyps, and vocal nodules. Especially in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant tumors in the head and neck, there is considerable experience. Proficient in total laryngectomy, various hemilaryngectomies, speech reconstruction surgeries, radical neck dissection, and more. Laser, microwave, and low-temperature plasma therapy have achieved certain therapeutic effects on local recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Comprehensive measures are taken for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, and different treatment methods are selected based on individual differences, especially for the diagnosis and treatment of snoring in children, which has been well studied. Ear microsurgery, treatment of otitis media and mastoiditis, radical mastoidectomy, and tympanoplasty have achieved very satisfactory surgical results.
